Who We Are

Kashmir Port is a Srinagar based local travel and hospitality firm. We believe that the northern tip of India is a piece of paradise and we operate in Kashmir, Jammu and Ladakh. At Kashmir port, 

 we believe in the passion and love we have towards our motherland; we push our abilities beyond our capabilities to provide you with the best Kashmir experience. We believe that Kashmir tourism is a bridge that connects the rest of the world to the holy land of Sufis and Saints. We aim to show Kashmir as a land of rich heritage, historic significance, and breathtaking nature.

The story of the inception of KashmirPort is rather inspiring. Founded in December, 2010 by an MBA student, Mohammad Sameem. His patriotism led to pursue a career in the tourism industry, he promoted and branded Kashmir tourism in a whole new and unique avatar. Soon after the birth of KashmirPort in 2010, Sohail Maqbool, the creative brains behind the company joined us. Since then, the company has seen tremendous growth and has turned into a unique travel port that helps you experience the best of Kashmir and make memories that last a lifetime.

Managing Director

Sameem started Kashmir Port in 2012 during his MBA years in Amity University. A visionary and born entrepreneur, he has been leading Kashmir Port from the front since the very inception. Apart from working relentlessly to offer the best travel solution to Kashmir tourists, he is enthusiastic in overall digital transformation as well as securing a stronger digital presence of his organization.

Junaid Bashir Khan

Tour Sales Consultant

Junid joined Kashmir Port Family in 2019. He comes with 5 years of experience as a Team Leader Sales in Delhi at Unofix Technologies. Moreover he has worked as a Business Development Manager at Winternet IT solutions. Junid has two Bachelors degrees in Commerce (Kashmir University) and in Computer Science (NIELIT) and Masters degree in Commerce from IGNOU.

Inayat has joined Kashmir Port in 2016 and have been an integral part since. Passionate about his job, he has a Bachelors Degree in Arts as well as a Diploma in Hotel Management. Beside these, he has also completed a crash course in Hotel and Management ans a One Year Diploma in Computer Application.
